Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Entry-Level Virtual Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting customer and order details, invoice information, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary data platforms.
- Reviewing, verifying, and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all entries.
- Organizing incoming digital documentation spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments, and applying consistent naming conventions.
- Collaborating with team members via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify ambiguous data points.
- Running weekly validation checks using built-in software tools to flag and resolve anomalies.
- Contributing to process optimization by identifying repetitive tasks and suggesting automation or workflow improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a certificate in administration, business, or information technology is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of 55+ words per minute with high accuracy (demonstrated via online typing test).
- Comfortable working with cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).
