Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Includes $2 shift differential
