Job Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compensation
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $24-$29 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential. You'll also be eligible for multiple bonus programs and a comprehensive benefits package.
