Role Overview

As an Academic Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective students and their families understand the value of our educational offerings. You will guide them through the enrollment process, providing a consultative approach to match their needs with our tutoring services. Your experience in B2C sales, particularly within the EdTech industry, will be key in achieving enrollment targets and driving the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients (students and parents) through consultative B2C sales, understanding their educational needs and offering tailored tutoring solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (25% of fully productive agents target in the first month, 50-75% in the second month).
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and support outbound efforts.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls to close deals.
  • Stay updated with Tutopiyas offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Report sales metrics, feedback, and improvement areas to the management team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2C consultative sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Hiring Conditions

  • 1st Month: Achieve 25% of the fully productive Sales Agents target.
  • 2nd Month: Achieve 50-75% of the fully productive Sales Agents target.
  • Upon successful achievement of targets in the first two months, the role will move into a three-month probationary period with continued performance evaluation.
