Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service and support. You will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information about our products and services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This part-time role offers flexibility for those needing a work-life balance, with working hours under 4 hours a day.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Provide product information and resolve any emerging problems, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.
  • Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, building strong relationships and ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening: You will need to be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, listening carefully to their concerns and providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters: You will need to be able to adapt to different customer personalities and needs, providing a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively: You will need to be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.

Education Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following education qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Further training in Customer Service is a plus: While not required, further training in customer service is highly desirable, as it will enable you to provide a higher level of service to our customers.

Experience

While previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, it is not necessary. We will provide training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
