Position: Project Technician - Order Processing

Job Summary/Overview

Playing a key-role between the customer and factory in Germany • Manage and process customer orders with a focus on technical accuracy and timely execution. • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the German team. • Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. • Communicate effectively with internal departments (sales, offer-management. engineering, procurement, production, accounting, controlling, logistics,) and external stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in order processing and project workflows. • Assist in contract review and ensure alignment with German commercial law and international standards. • Create documents like order confirmations, bills, guarantees as well as internal documents

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring needs-based communication in unclear situations  Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety standards • Ensuring compliance with commercial rules and laws • Independent recognition of priorities and corresponding processing of customers orders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical order processing or project coordination • Excellent communication skills in English and German in speech and writing • Basic understanding of German commercial law (e.g., BGB, HGB) and international contract principles • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects • Solid commercial knowledge including pricing, costing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
