Virtual Assistant (Data Entry 5-10 hrs/week)
This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a reliable Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment process. This role focuses on organizing candidate information and maintaining spreadsheets. You’ll be working closely with our Talent Partner and helping keep candidate data clean, accurate, and up to date. Work Schedule: 5-10 hours per week to start Hourly Rate: USD $3-5/hour What You'll Do:- Enter candidate details into spreadsheets.
- Copy and format data from other platforms.
- Clean and standardize data (remove extra spaces, fix formatting issues, etc.).
- Update candidate status and notes as instructed.
- Support basic administrative tasks related to recruiting.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (very important).
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions and formatting guidelines closely.
- Good written communication and responsiveness.
- Reliable internet connection.
