Real Estate Research Analyst
BGIS is a global leader in integrated facility management services, and they are seeking a Real Estate Research Analyst to research real estate market and property information for market intelligence reporting and support of real estate transactions. The role involves compiling market information, conducting research on real estate conditions and trends, and tailoring reports according to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Compiles and maintains real estate market information and property data within databases
- Conducts market research to understand and maintain awareness of current real estate market conditions and trends
- Compiles real estate market reports and tailors real estate market information and property information reports according to client needs
- Researches real estate property and market information including but not limited to real estate properties and property values
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Community college diploma or university degree preferably in business administration
- 1 to 3 years of market research work experience
- Ability to research and determine appropriate sources of information specifically pertaining to the real estate industry
- Ability to conduct market research, interpret findings and provide suggestions on appropriate value for real estate properties
- Ability to tailor information and prepare reports according to client requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data
- Understanding of the real estate industry, market conditions and trends
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to learn new information systems quickly
- Proficiency with geographic information systems software
