What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures

• Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and cancelling flights

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Continuously expand your knowledge of the airline industry and customer service best practices

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or airline industry setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to address customer issues effectively

• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Fluency in English and the local language
