• * Sr. Principal Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis
• * has ownership of core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes including Bracco Medical Technologies annual operating plan submissions, forecasting and long range planning to include Cardiovascular platform global results across all geographies. The role develops complex financial models and analyses supporting business decisions affecting the company’s profitability and success.

The Sr. Principal Financial Analyst supports business development efforts and partners cross-functionally with executive committee members and teams to drive execution of business initiatives. Responsible for the long-range planning activities to support the strategic direction of the business. Strong business partnering emphases with CEO, Sr. VP Marketing, Sr. VP Research & Development and VP Sales commercial operations teams. Leads planning, control and reporting operating mechanism at global level for BMT as well as the Cardiovascular platform.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• *** Business Development
• ** Preparation of business plans, financial statement analysis, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work closely with senior management to drive growth initiatives as projects and opportunities arise, such as international expansion and the maximization of distribution channels.
• Develop financial models and analyses for strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and to support partnership with other departments.
• Prepare and present strategic investment proposals to the Investment Committee including return on investment and market opportunities to be gained.
• Participation in planning and monitoring operational impacts on statutory reporting and cash flow.
• * Strategic Planning
• ** Develop and maintain 5-year business models to support the strategic planning of the company. Translate 5-year business models into valuation models for impairment testing.
• Partner with Marketing team on product roadmaps, business cases.
• * Budgeting and Forecasting
• ** Partner with management to develop challenging financial goals, operating plans and insightful measurement systems.
