About the Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group The GM&NS Pricing Group at Jobmatrixo is responsible for driving revenue growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions. Our team works closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept Remotifyx while improving service and merchant satisfaction. Job Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst at Skillastra, you will be responsible for: Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities Supporting external audits, including investigation of issues discovered, communicating with local value teams, and managing vendor relationships to resolve issues Performing ad hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights Developing and maintaining financial models, maximizing value from large amounts of financial information, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: More than two years of experience in financial analysis or business payment and/or other finances A bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information Knowledge of programming languages (such as SAS/SQL) and proficiency in Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships A strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue forecasting and budgeting Knowledge of financial systems, including accounting and financial reporting Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders A certification in financial analysis, such as a CFA or CPA, or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines A customer-focused mindset, with a willingness to understand and resolve customer needs and problems Able to remain calm and flexible under pressure, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Nexora, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
