Your Role
As a Customer Assistant in our Online department, you'll be the face of blithequark, helping our customers navigate our store and find what they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and packing orders for our Online customers with precision and care
- Working with technology to accept orders, find products in the store, and pack them ready for delivery or collection
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving queries with a smile
- Collaborating with colleagues across various departments, including replenishment and service, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety while using a range of equipment
