Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Concierge to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. As a mental health support specialist, you'll work closely with patients, providers, and our team to deliver exceptional support and care. Your primary responsibilities will include operating our high-tech TMS machine, providing emotional support to patients, and collaborating with our team to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate the TMS machine with precision and attention to detail, following clinical protocols and guidelines.

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, helping them feel comfortable and hopeful during their sessions.
  • Collaborate with patients' providers to ensure seamless care and positive outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and care.

What You Need

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and care.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Emotional maturity and professionalism, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
