Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
• Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Interacting with customers daily, providing solutions to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• A strong sales background, with experience in retail and customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a passion for teamwork
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
