Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or food service

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
