Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
