Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat

  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product expert and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product line

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language (English is the primary language of communication)
