Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and process data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and other research studies

• Enter data into our database using our proprietary software
• Verify the accuracy and quality of data, and make necessary corrections
• Collaborate with our research team to develop reports and insights that inform our clients' business decisions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, psychology, sociology) preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
