About the role: We are seeking a Freelance Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in German. As a freelancer, you will need a reliable Wi-Fi connection and your own computer to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in German. • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. • Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Requirements: • Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills in German and English. • Ability to work independently as a freelancer. • Access to reliable Wi-Fi and a personal computer. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
