Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store leadership team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and that our team members are equipped to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with store leadership to ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership role

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
