Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
