Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the role)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role in a manufacturing or distribution environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
