Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are displayed attractively and in accordance with arenaflex's visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager, contributing to the overall success of the store and arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate arenaflex's point-of-sale system and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive store culture
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues who speak different languages
