Key Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supplying personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Performing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Collaborating with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
• Certification in caregiving or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other healthcare software

Skills and Competencies:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
• Emotional intelligence and empathy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
