Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment equipped with world-class technology.
• Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
