Job Summary

As an AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead, you will be responsible for receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our internal job postings remain visible and accessible to our team members. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our internal job postings remain visible and accessible to our team members

  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, utilizing your expertise in chat recruitment and lead management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates for our internal job postings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and report on lead generation and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in chat recruitment and lead management, with a strong understanding of AidQuest's chat platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our team members and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
