What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for a self-motivated, problem-solver who is ready to take their career to the next level. As an Insurance Specialist/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, underwriting, and record-keeping. You'll work closely with our team to educate clients on auto, home, renters, and small business insurance options, and you'll be responsible for communicating clearly with clients when quoting prices and financial options.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone

• Educate clients on auto, home, renters, and small business insurance options
• Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices and financial options
• Complete sales with extraordinary customer service
• Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families
• Help identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix
• Punctual with a professional attitude

Essential Qualifications

* Licensed agent with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

• Bi-lingual Spanish/English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire to foster long-term relationships with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including Google Docs and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Agency Matrix or other CRM systems

• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide non-standard insurance solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members
• Experience working in a family-oriented, fast-paced environment
