Key Responsibilities
* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are connected with job opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver availability and job assignments
- Provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their care needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our care services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a care-related role, with a focus on lead management and coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
