Position Overview

The Warehouse Data Entry Specialist is a critical link between the physical flow of goods and the digital systems that drive our supply chain decisions. Working on the warehouse floor, you will be responsible for capturing, verifying, and maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, product scans, and compliance documentation. Your work will directly support arenaxflex’s mission to deliver safe, effective medications to millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter inbound and outbound shipment data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Perform real‑time scanning of product barcodes and reconcile scanned counts with physical inventory.
  • Maintain meticulous cGMP‑specific data entry logs, ensuring every entry meets regulatory formatting and documentation standards.
  • Verify numerical data for accuracy, performing basic calculations to confirm quantity, weight, and volume calculations.
  • Organize and sequence alphabetic and numeric data sets to support efficient retrieval and reporting.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, collaborating with warehouse leads and quality assurance teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, contributing suggestions for process improvements.
  • Assist in periodic cycle counts and inventory audits, providing accurate data to support audit trails.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by generating ad‑hoc reports and data extracts when required.

Essential Qualifications
