Who We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Attention to Detail: You're detail-oriented and well-organized, with a knack for prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relationship-Building Skills: You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships with ease.
- Industry Expertise: Ideally, you have experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry and have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
