Key Responsibilities

As an English Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling calls, emails, and chat interactions with customers in English
  • Responding to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations
  • Providing promotion support, being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers
  • Handling account and billing issues, order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns, based on policy provided through training guidelines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and solutions
