Customer Care Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our business and customer accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with business owners and customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services
- Utilizing customer service and sales techniques to educate customers about new wireless and internet technology solutions
- Building lasting relationships with business owners and customers to ensure continued satisfaction even after delivery of their new products
- Collaborating with the Customer Care Representative and sales team to strategize and achieve increased sales and customer acquisition margins
- Providing exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues that our customers may have
- Staying up-to-date on AT&T's products, services, new upgrades, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Working alongside senior leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Schedule and Work Location
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work a standard day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. You'll also work on the road, visiting customers and business owners to deliver exceptional service.
