Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled data entry clerk to join our team as a Remote or Office Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely or in our office location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into our database system
- Verify and correct any errors in data entry
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis
- Communicate with team members to ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in a technology company is a plus
