Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing expert guidance to help them find the perfect solution for their projects
• Learning about products and services using our tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
• Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department, and knowing how to handle basics in adjacent departments
• Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty
• Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
• Participating in sales and customer service initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
