Job Summary

As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. This is a remote position that requires a strong skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

  • Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and professional experience for customers
  • Turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a wow-ing experience for customers
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Oklahoma

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
