Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our billing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data in billing systems and records, ensuring seamless data management and minimizing errors.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and submit invoices using QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate billing to our clients.
  • Service Record Review: Review service records and ensure all billable items are accounted for, guaranteeing that our clients receive accurate and comprehensive billing.
  • Billing Log Maintenance: Assist with maintaining billing logs and documentation for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Government Form Management: Use PDF Filer to complete and manage government forms and documentation, leveraging your expertise to streamline our processes.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in accurate data entry, with a strong track record of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • QuickBooks Expertise: Working knowledge of QuickBooks, with the ability to prepare and submit invoices with ease.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently during evening hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF tools, with experience in using PDF Filer a plus.
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in a billing or administrative support role, with a strong understanding of billing operations and procedures.
