Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
  • Learning about arenaflex products and services using our tools and resources
  • Providing information to customers to sell entire projects and meet their needs
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in your department and other departments to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and engage customers

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
