Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service through voice calls and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the team, driving continuous improvement and enhancement of our services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective support

Requirements

* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fully remote environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
