[Remote] Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tealium is the trusted leader in real-time Customer Data Platforms, helping organizations unify their customer data. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, and managing day-to-day operations of Salesforce CRM and related systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
  • Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
  • Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
  • Complete bulk imports and exports of data
  • Document project requirements
  • Manage and maintain third-party apps
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
  • Support day-to-day operations

Skills

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
  • Experience using third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
  • CPQ experience strongly preferred

Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.
