We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service and Support Associate to join our Customer Care Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and providing timely support to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to our clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our Client Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a software or technology company

  • Knowledge of the Dance, Gymnastics, Fitness, and Cheer industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
