Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Care team in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer complaints, analyzing and resolving claims and requests, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing, analyzing, and resolving pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight claims and requests of different kinds, using various tools and platforms provided by arenaflex.
  • Contacting customers and consumer defense channel entities in different markets using existing platforms (telephone, email, chats, WhatsApp, defense channel portals, among others).
  • Controlling and following up on cases under your care, complying with expected quality standards.
  • Complying with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those outlined in PIC (Information and Knowledge Portal), LAE files, CICUS, MSP, CUS intranet, reinforcement emails, among others.
  • Promoting feedback to different areas where failures are detected, after analyzing cases and implementing continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SABRE is required.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of regular hours.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
