Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting daily with potential new account leads and providing impeccable sales and customer service support to each individual through in-person communication
• Developing a deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scheduling appointments, and closing deals
• Attending account management meetings throughout the weekdays and participating in scheduled conference calls assigned by the account you're working with
• Generating new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis and providing in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer account lead
• Documenting and tracking various sales activity and trends within the region and the client account assigned to you as the Customer Service Associate
• Collaborating with your team to provide guidance and support on assigned accounts and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role with demonstrated success and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
