Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including:
+ Child-related discussions (individuals with children 18 years or younger) + Cell phone reviews (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract) + Entertainment experiences (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports enthusiasts (casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics preferences (tell us which devices you prefer and why) + Pet owners (animal lovers needed, dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobile experiences (own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
