Position: Account manager – Midden Nederland | Account Manager – Central Netherlands Location: Netherlands Ervaring: ______________________________________________________________________________ Do you want to make a real difference for audiologists and their clients in the Netherlands? WS Audiology Benelux B.V. is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager for the central region of the Netherlands. In this role, you combine strong commercial skills with a service-oriented mindset and, ideally, a background in audiology. You will strengthen our Benelux team and play a key role in further expanding our presence in this important market. What you will do As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with audiologists and hearing care centers across the Netherlands. Acting as a trusted business partner, you support customers in achieving their goals by providing solutions and expertise that truly add value. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on the central region of the country.
  • Growing and maximizing existing customer accounts by presenting the various WSA hearing brands and delivering effective training, demonstrations, and after-sales support.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for WS Audiology at trade fairs and industry events, actively generating leads and expanding your professional network.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product management, and technical support to drive commercial success and deliver added value to customers.
  • Taking full ownership of customer accounts in your region by executing structured account plans, leveraging market insights, and consistently driving sales growth.

You will spend most of your time visiting customers within your region, while remaining closely connected with colleagues at our Benelux office in Zoetermeer. What you bring We are looking for a B2B sales professional with strong commercial drive and a genuine passion for customer engagement. Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial, sales-focused, or audiological role.
  • Experience in the medical device sector—preferably audiology—with a strong affinity for sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive territory.
  • A strong track record of building long-term relationships with customers or patients

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with strong listening abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset; comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Structured and goal-oriented, with strong networking and stakeholder-management skills.
