Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with new reservations in person and over-the-phone, ensuring seamless and efficient service
- Supporting drivers and management teams during operational issues, such as fleet maintenance, accidents, or inclement weather
- Coordinating and overseeing daily scheduled route operations, ensuring smooth and safe transportation services
- Performing other duties as needed to support the team and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Consistently prioritizing safety and security, both for yourself and others
