Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized support, and promoting our insurance and financial services products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing customer relationships and following up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to drive sales and growth
• Collaborating with our State Farm independent contractor agent to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding client expectations
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients

Requirements
