Key Responsibilities As a Customer Development Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Experience

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns. • Schedule appointments for pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history. • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and availability, collaborating with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. • Follow up on annual renewals and assist in securing payment methods, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. • Assist with overflow sales calls and messages as needed, maintaining a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact, utilizing industry-specific directories, databases, and networking channels to generate high-quality leads. • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries, including phone calls and internet leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up and resolution.

Customized Solutions Development

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the full range of pest control services, developing tailored proposals based on the unique needs and challenges of each client. • Articulate the benefits of pest control solutions clearly and persuasively, conducting virtual presentations and consultations to educate potential clients on services, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Sales Presentations and Consultations

Client Relationship Management

Sales Reporting and Collaboration
