Experienced Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative – Facility Support and Event Coordination

At arenaflex, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA 90021. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating facility support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to assist with various administrative tasks, including mailroom duties, conference room and event set-ups, and office moves. Responsibilities:

- Assist with conference room and event set-ups, including moving chairs, tables, and miscellaneous furniture - Coordinate office moves and ensure a seamless transition - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment - Assist with mailroom duties, including sorting and distributing mail - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues - Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to internal and external clients - Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities - Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Moderate to heavy physical demands, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects (up to 70 lbs.) - Regular application of basic skills, including calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands:

- Typically works in an office environment - May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - May be required to lift up to 70 lbs. (cases of paper, etc.) - May be required to walk, stand, bend, reach, or carry objects - May be required to work at a computer for extended periods

Benefits:
