Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator / Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in databases and systems, with a focus on attention to detail and data integrity
  • Reviewing data for errors and ensuring completeness and accuracy, with a commitment to quality and precision
  • Organizing and maintaining digital files and records, with a focus on accessibility and ease of use
  • Assisting with email correspondence and internal documentation, with a focus on clear and concise communication
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed, with a focus on visual appeal and data-driven insights
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars, with a focus on organization and time management
  • Supporting general administrative functions such as filing, invoicing, and document preparation, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using online tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required
