Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a critical link between arenaflex and its customers, handling inquiries about deliveries, shipment statuses, billing issues, and service concerns. You'll play a central role in ensuring customers receive timely and helpful solutions, and you'll be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Provide information and support related to shipping procedures, delivery schedules, and issue resolution, using arenaflex tools and platforms to manage and document customer interactions accurately.
  • De-escalate sensitive customer concerns and collaborate with support teams to find appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.

Candidate Requirements

* Must reside in or near Louisville, KY, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in remote or call center settings, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
